Delia Francois is a highly respected ordained pastor who leads
the International Worship Center Church. She is married to Brother Francis Francois of St. Lucia and worked in ministry for almost 30 years. Pastor Delia is also a locally known gospel singer. She is also known for her compassion, wisdom and dedication to serving
her congregation and community. Pastor Delia is a member of the Soul Saving Station Christ Crusader of America, She studied Biblical Counseling at Isaiah University. President of Women Wealth Network, Radio talk show host, author of The One Day Business Plan, and Certified Notary Republic.
